Personify began with a shared love of treasure hunting for co-founders Maddie Morden and her mother, Tammy Lopez. Today, that same sense of discovery shapes their colorful mix of apparel, gifts, home, accessories and more.
Atlanta Market plays a big role in that search. Morden attends nearly every market at AmericasMart, balancing planned purchases with new discoveries.
“I really want to find new things, so I have to leave time in my schedule to explore," says Morden. "We have a budget, but I let my intuition lead.”
WHY MARKET MATTERS
Beyond sourcing, Market offers valuable relationships with sales reps and insights into emerging trends.
“I truly think our stores stand out in part because I prioritize coming to shows in person,” Morden says. “It’s a lot of work, but it’s fun and it’s worth it.”

With so many categories to explore, she focuses less on filling specific needs and more on finding products that fit Personify. “I’m looking for quality + unique + beautiful products, 𠊊nd then the categories naturally fill in from there.”
